Bridget Moynahan Has Faith

Bridget is raising baby John as a single mother because it is Tom's choice. He totally ignored her the whole nine months she was pregant with the baby and only showed up at the birth. He hasn't been back to see his son since. He also allowed his friends and his current sleaze to make disparaging comments about Bridget during her pregnancy and did not stick up for her once. He has NEVER mentioned his son by name in public. He is not the "involved" father everyone claimed he would be. He wanted Bridget to have an abortion and has been furious with her for keeping the baby. He has chosen football and his Brazilian sleaze over his own firstborn son.

Didn't they break up, then afterwards she found out she was pregnant? Anyway the moral of story is, it's not a good idea to have a kid with someone who is not committed to you. It can cause a lot of heartache.

Of course we only see how gracious Bridget is. And one can only assume that since the papparazzi are camped out by her and NO pics of Tom have been seen anywhere around her or CA that he is just another no show "so-called" father. Whether the baby was planned or not Tom has a moral obligation to be in his life. That baby will know whether his dad is around from the beginning and Tom has a moral obligation to treat the baby's mother with respect and try to rise above where he obviously is now and do the right thing. Either his parents didn't raise him right or he is just the jerk we all think he probably is. Kudos to Bridget for being in her sons life. I hope she meets a great man that will take over where Tom should be now, football or no football. John is more important.

Bridget has never trashed Tom. He, on the other hand, has gone out of his way to be in her face with the super-sleaze and also has let his friends make negative comments about her for him. He is such a loser. He was on a program with his father on how to be a good parent in 2004. Guess Tom's motto is "do what I say, not what I do"!

Oh come off of it all of this is speculation. We don't know what happened between them or the real time frame. what seems obvious is that they are not in a relationship and that he is not publically speaking about it. She has. I am hearing a lot of bitter opinion about what a rat he is for "leaving" her. We don't know if he's dealing with the child or not. I don't believe that a child should be brought into the world unless both parents want it. I know some women have babies in hopes that it will keep an uncommited man if thier life. Hope thats not the case with her! the best thing for that child is that both parents are involved in their wether they live together or not!!

I doubt Bridget will be raising this baby as a single mom for long. She is gorgeous, and it is just a matter of time before the right guy comes along.

Tom has chosen to skip this important time in his son's life, when babies start to bond. Regardless of whether they were broken up before, or who he is dating now,, he's not acting like a parent.

Bridget hasn't asked him for anything, and I'm sure she will do just fine without him.

As someone who survived exactly the same (or what we think is the same) I would advise to keep going about her life and someone who deserves her will come along...he will probably be a better father than this loser could be..If I did it, anybody can and my daughter is the best thing that happened to me..Her father abandoned me because I would not have an abortion and that's when the best part of my life began..not having him beside me making my life miserable with his selfishness was the best of all situations...time has proven me right...he was and is a loser....

Although I would not 'blame Bridget for being bitter', it appears she has risen above her awful treatment by Tom and has moved on. She seems happy and has never said a bad word about her son's father or his arm candy. I admire her greatly and am sure - like Ca said - Bridget will find a good man to love and respect her and raise her son (and hopefully other children) with. I wish her luck and happiness!

If in fact Tom is not choosing to spend time with his son, he will regret it. Maybe not today or tomorrow, but soon. Children grow up too fast, he will be missing out on wonderful memories.

Bridget is a nobody and always will be. The best she can hope for is being known as Tom Brady's baby's Momma. Did anyone even know who she was before Tom dated her? Barely ... And as far as her raising the baby as a single Mom, well, she'll get my sympathy about that as soon as she waives the right to those big FAT child support checks she's getting from Daddy. I think It is sofunny, how none of ya'll know Bridget or Brady personally and think, that Brady is not in his sons life. My Hubbys works for the Patriots and I can tell you that he has seen his son since the birth. Only cause there are no pics does not mean he's not there. So get over Brady is being a father and sees his son as much as possible.

Tom has not seen his son since the birth because he has always been photographed, interviewed or seen on his few days off, and none of these were in CA. But Bridget is fine without the idiot, so I don't really care. I also doubt she is taking any child support from the creep. She has her own money.
