Crime Report in Britney Case

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the LAPD wrote up a crime report in connection with last week's standoff at Brit's home.
Sources say cops wrote a Child Endangering Report which is now under lock and key at the LAPD. Sources say this is a preliminary investigation report, meaning the LAPD can conduct further inquiry and possibly even arrest Spears if they determine a crime was committed. We're told the report was written because of all of the events at the house -- including locking herself in the bathroom with Jayden and violating the custody order.
We're told it's unlikely the LAPD will arrest Brit since the custody court is all over the matter.

As a teenager I had a friend who I would visit every summer (she lived across the street from my grandmother). One year I went there and she acted really strange. I knew she was doing some drugs, pot for sure. The next summer I couldn't hang out with her because she was 'sick'. They said she was saying really weird things and that she sat up in the attic all night long, smoking cigarettes. Then she shaved her head, among other bizarre things, and was on suicide watch. I read on some website that she mat be getting some visitation back on Monday. I think they said two hours at a time 3 days a week. That judge has to be off his rocker to allow that to happen. I also read that Kaplan wants the kids kept from her until April at the actual hearing date. I wonder if this is to get this deposition over with without worrying if she will off herself with the kids there.

I know. Everyone keeps saying that she passed her drug test at the hospital. They only tested her for illegal narcotics. What about the Adderal. It can mask methamphetamines in the system because they are speed. The police report has her assistant saying that she was popping pills all night and that she used "code" for them saying she needed her vitamins. I hope that until a psychiatrist that is not star struck deems her as fit to be within 100 feet of those kids, that she does not get visitation back.
I am a firm believer in every child needs both of their parents, but at this point in time, she is not a parent.

Britney Spears’ paparazzo boyfriend Adnan Ghalib has a criminal conviction for trespassing after gatecrashing movie star Adam Sandler’s wedding posing as a guest.
The British-born snapper was arrested when he tried to get exclusive pictures of Sandler’s big day by slipping into the ceremony.
He told pals his cover was blown when the guest he was pretending to be turned up at the celebrity-packed 2003 wedding in Malibu.
Court papers reveal Ghalib pleaded no contest to trespassing and was sentenced to 24 months summary probation and a $200 fine.
They show judges issued a $2,500 bench warrant for his arrest after he failed to turn up for his first court hearing.
The documents reveal Ghalib was later cited for a possible violation of his probation, but no further action was taken.
A second charge of entering or occupying a property without consent was dropped.
A Hollywood paparazzi source said Ghalib told how he shamelessly crashed the ceremony at US TV host Dick Clark’s oceanfront Malibu estate.
The source said: “He told us he blagged his way into the venue by using the name of a guest, but got busted when the real guest arrived.
“He went in with someone who was actually invited.

It's hard to say. Mexico use to be fast, but they have cracked down. Nevada is good, but you need to have residency there for 6 weeks. Dominican Republic has no residency laws, but you have to be sure the states will recognize it in the US. I'm not sure there really is a fast way anymore.
