The problem with Lufti's involvement with Trope & Trope is that it pierces the veil of attorney-client privilege.

Britney has no expectation of privacy once she permits a third party to be involved in conversations with her attorney. There are court cases involving this. Very easy to find on West Law.

For this reason more than any other, Trope & Trope should BE FIRED. They know better than to go through an intermediary when dealing with sensitive client issues.
