I always have to agree with you. I am in no way a Britney fan anymore, because of a lot of what you and other wise people on here write.

Sam refused to accept the deposition papers in August and had a run in with the servers. He says (see the video posted here) that they surrounded him and he HAD to hit them or something but the truth is, he was running from them and slammed into one. The police determined he was guilty and is going top court on December 18 for Vehicular Vandalism. (It was first assualt with a deadly weapon!) He completely lies on the video and blames the server(s) but the cops obviously didn't buy his crazy story.
He was supposed to show up to do the deposition (Another server did serve him later.) on Friday but he didn't. Now he will have to show up in January and there will be a court order that he do so or will go to jail.
I don't know what the penalty for hitting the server with his car and running from them will be but I doubt he will go to jail unless more is uncovered about him which could happen, He's extremely shifty.

There is no other reason why a person would go to these lengths to avoid doing a simple deposition. Several people tried to avoid being served because they didn't want to have to say things against her but they are under oath.
Obviously Sam knows much more than anyone at this point and he doesn't want to be on the hot seat. By ditching the deposition Friday, he set everything back a month which is no help to Britney.
He clearly doesn't want to answer any questions about Britney's lifestyle, mothering, and day to day routine. This, to me, says he has something to hide. If he had nothing but glowing things to say about her, why not go and tell the court those things?
I also suspect that he is scared of going to court because he has a lengthy past with lawsuits and unpaid debts and he doesn't want anything about him to surface.
He HAS to go in January or risk contempt charges and possible jail so all he did was push everything back. Maybe he will sell the goods to a magazine before he goes to court. Who knows with this guy?

I heard on the news the other day that a bill is to be presented on Capital Hill regarding CYBER BULLYING. A girl is Missouri killed herself because of things being spread about her on the internet. Freedom of Speech is both a blessing and terror in it's own right. It basically was to give people to voice their own opionions about government, religion and wrongdoing. I do not think it was intended as putrid hate spewing out of people that are not sane. Talking about people that they do not know personally, only what they read in questionable tabloids who also spread their crap under the guise of Freedom of the Press.

It is when someone claims something about you that defames your character and says it is true. And here on a blog, these people could do that all day and I challenge you as a lawyer to figure out who they are and take them to court. You'd lose. That is, if you could get the police to hand over the name and contact info of the person's IP address. Trust me, I have been through this in June with a situation on Wikipedia and, although it was different, getting that info took the sheriff's department. The case I am speaking of was not an opinion but a foretelling of a murder that happened AFTER the person posted it had happened. No one here needs to worry about their opinions.
Long story short...no one should be afraid to speak their minds here and to have an opinion.
Britney Spears is a celebrity and an entity and, as such, is open to public perception and scrutiny - good OR bad.
