Who is the other driver , a photog , an victim , or an opportunist ?

Why is she even allowed to drive with such a bad driving record. She is on drugs (medication), she is constantly hiting people or driving over them, running red lights with her babies etc. SHE IS EVENTUALLY GONING TO HIT SOMEONE REAL HARD AND DO SOME REAL DAMAGE AND EVEN KILL SOMEONE. Even she has stated in many interviews that she can't drive, even at the begining of her career before she went insane. On ET she said she was an awful driver and let her freinds drive for her. And then on many interviews since she has stated the same. If they don't stop her from driving then she will kill someone eventually. I mean, how can you take someones life away by putting them on meds, in a conservatorship, control every move they make since they are not mentally competent, and they are not even allowed to be with their own babies with out major supervision, BUT YOU LET THEM DRIVE A TWO TON VEHICLE DOWN A ROAD WITH MANY OTHER PEOPLE ON IT THAT THEY CAN KILL WITH A CAR?

They need to gradually stop those medications and put her off 'em. Natural and spiritual cures exist but FDA don't spread the word.

Isn't it amazing what you can get away with if you have money and good lawyers?

Anyone else would have had their license taken away forever.

Is there some kind of 'celebrity license' in California that makes you immune to prosecution for violating the usual traffic rules? Just wondering, because Britney drives like she has one.

She is not allowed to control her own life since she is not mentally competent, she has to be supervised when she is with her babies since she is a danger to them and a court of law took them away. She is under a conservatorhip since at 26 she can't even run her own life, she is on meds and needs psychiatrists to try and fix her mind. She is Not competent mentally, but they let her drive a car that must be around two tons in wiight that can kill someone just like a gun can. She has a borrible driving histroy, yet they let her drive a dangerous killing machine that can and will eventually kill someone. They need to take her license away now!

Britney ought to drive something more suited to her abilities.

It's amazing how dumb the laws in California are. I guess if you are a celebrity you can get away with murder there. Like O.J. and Robert Blake etc.

Britney is going to end up costing someone their lives soon, and her fans are just going to say" Geez, it must have been the other persons fault becaus Brit is the Queen, Just leave Britney alone, she is just human". Yet someone will be dead because of her. Just shows how selfish and stuppid her dumb fans are!

SO were they so eager to hash out the details at a more private location? Were they afraid the cops might be called? Were they afraid the legal system might question whether or not she should be driving while heavily medicated? Sounds to me like they paid her off and wanted to get everything sorted out low key and quickly.
