BREAKING NEWS: BRITNEY'S CASE DISMISSED!

IT'S OVER Y'ALL!
A judge has dismissed the driving without a license charge against Britney after a jury failed to reach a unanimous verdict.
Prosecutors say they were "troubled by outside impressions that were brought into the courtroom" and will not re-file the charge against her.
Brit's attorney, upon sharing the good news with Britney and Jamie Spears said that Jamie was "ecstatic." He also said that in 38 years, he had never seen a trial for a single count of driving without a valid California license case.
The prosecution, however, felt that Brit's status as a celeb worked to her advantage in this case. He also revealed that Britney had the opportunity to avoid a trial, but she rejected the offer to pay a $3,000 fine.
Looks like Britney's off the hook!
