Breaking News: Britney's On The Move!

We've received word from our photographers that Britney just hit the road.
And where might she be going? We're still waiting to make sure, but we've got a hunch that she's heading back to Mark Vincent Kaplan's office to continue her deposition!
Britney was last at Kaplan's office to be deposed three weeks ago - right before the infamous incident which ended in the pop princess' hospitalization.
Let's hope this meeting goes better than that one!

Britney Spears has just shown up for her deposition in the custody battle. She's at the offices of Mark Vincent Kaplan, K-Fed's attorney .
It was scheduled for today after she showed up ridiculously late for the depo earlier this month.
Britney stayed just a few minutes last time, after showing up hours late and staying less than fifteen minutes.
Oh Boy, shall we expect another breakdown tonight? lmao

At 10:40 a.m., Spears, 26, wearing a dark blue top and jeans, drove up to the office in her white Mercedes-Benz SL65 with friend Sam Lutfi. Both had serious expressions on their faces.
The singer has missed numerous appointments for the court-ordered cross examination.
She's expected to be grilled about her past drug and alcohol use, her apparent failure to follow court orders and other matters pertaining to her parenting skills.
On Jan. 3, Spears was deposed for only 14 minutes, after arriving one-and-a-half hours late. That night and into the next morning Spears had a four-hour standoff with police, ending with her brief hospitalization.
Last Monday, the singer lost all visitation rights to sons Preston, 2, and Jayden 1, indefinitely after she showed up for a hearing, then left without entering the courthouse.
