Social workers had been out to see the home and environment (which was a nightmare) and nothing was done. It's a good thing that this group isn't the one to make the decision about custody and such. I've never seen such stupid arguments on both sides. "Loving" your children isn't enough--you have to be the kind of person to provide a safe and secure environment for them, to BEHAVE in such a way that the kids get the care they need.

I think Britney know exactly what she is doing and I dont think she will loose her kids because most courts side with the mother especially in cases where it seems the money is the factor and not the children. Also Jennifer G. and Heidi K. are the only parents you hardly ever see our with their own kids and when you do see them out the Klum gang has a huge entourage of nannies. Gwenyth's little apple is always with grandma. When you are a celebrity sacrifices have to be made you have to work so there is always a need for help with the kids.
