Why do you defend Britney's actions so vehemently? Here's what I know - The children appear more relaxed and comfortable when around their father and his caregivers. When those children are around their mother, they appear very uncomfortable and apprehensive. I don't know the reason for this (although I can certainly speculate). These are observations, not opinions based on what someone has written, but what I have seen. Additionally, Kevin does not put himself out there the way that Britney does, to be observed by millions. (There is something to be said for that). K-Fed was out the other night at Busby’s sports bar in Santa Monica, with three friends. Paparazzi, and sources inside the bar reported that K-Fed spent most of the time playing pool and drinking shots of tequila chased by a few Jack and Cokes. He decided to spend his time and money partying, rather than to get an education, or start a business, or make real plans, about his future, and how he could better himself so that he can support his 4 children. What real man, behaves like this! Personally I find it very, very, hard to like anything about this guy.
I will always support britney as long as she is taking positive steps to get her life together, and that to me does not include never leaving her house, and living like a hermit. Along with seeing her children, staying drug, and alcohol free, and seeing a counsellor, she has to live, and function in the world. She cannot live locked away in her house, THAT is not normal. She needs to be able to function in the world, with all it's little's stresses, she has to know that she can deal with it, and make it through, or she will go right back to being dependent on substances, and that is where we all don't want her to be.

What I don't get is all these people who still defend her actions, yet trash Kevin. Last year, when the tabloids were putting out stories about Kevin partying and doing this that and the other thing, it was all taken as fact. Yet, when those same tabs write the same stories about Brit, it's all made up? Right. The fact that she's had her kids taken away from her shows that, no matter what Kevin has done, she's done worse. And, if he was such a bad parent and bad influence, then why doesn't Britney or her parents try and take the kids from Kevin? The fact is, of the two, he is the better parent.
GET STRAIGHT FACTS: Some comments about Kevin- if the court finds him a unfit parent to his children, the judge would not let him to have his children in firstplace as Kevin was granted to have the children. And, The judge had it checked out on him too. TMZ stated in past few months ago, Kevin had his drug test done and recieves the same treatments as Britney. No different or no special treatment between them with the court. Kevin passed them all and had spent more time with the children. The reason Britney is unfit because she REFUSED TO GET HELP. She had three different child monitor coaches quit on her since the day,the judge put her in this program and the chaffuer quit on her because they cannot stand all attention she went for and thought she was insane. So the judge felt it is not the time for Britney to have the children until she is ready to get her act together. Britney is 26 years old. She is an adult so,everyone cannot get her help against her will, the only person can do that is her mother to intervene in, but Britney is not allowing her to do that at all. That's where the problem lays with Britney. Britney thinks she knows the answers in the world which she doesn't at this point.

Instigator, you have a valid point about some people being enablers by purchasing her products. However, I'm not sure that theory applies to a lot of people who post their opinions on these various blogs. I myself, do not purchase her products or her music, but at times I sympathise with what she is going through just because I am human. Some of the stuff I believe she brings on herself, some of it I believe is blown out of proportion, and then sometimes I think is just bad luck/timing like we might experience in life ourselves. Therefore, I do not judge her for a couple of reasons: I don't know her, I don't care, and I have my own life and/or demons to deal with that occupy the majority of my time.
