Britney and Kevin are back in family court this morning, appearing before commissioner Scott Gordon to possibly amend their custody agreement.
Last week, Britney had both a probate and traffic court hearing to attend (the latter which she missed due to the birth of her first niece), and now she's appearing before the family court to try to get even more visitation with her two young sons.
Kevin Federline, wearing a gray suit with no tie and short cropped hair has arrived with his lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan.
Neither Britney nor her attorneys have arrived in court yet, but we are hearing that the pop princess is going to make an appearance.
UPDATE: Britney has just arrived in court, holding a newspaper over her face as she was driven into the parking lot.
Stay tuned for pix and video coming soon!
Wow, that's a lot of court cases to deal with in just one week!

you're going to get more custody, britney. you're doing so awesome! keep up the great progress!
good luck brit!!!!
Don't leave those kids overnight with Twitney, or they will die. Continued monitored visits, nothing more. She doesn't want those kids anyway.
I think right now she has enough. She missed seeing them a bunch of times - Costa Rica, Vegas, Louisiana - She can't even see them when she is supposed to NOW.
it's too darn sad to see kevin smiling in the end - er father of the yr that is, making a court appearance to cause more than it is - you're stuck in the long haul if you're around britney - drama drama drama, pathetic don't you think - I give kudos to britney getting more visitation - go girl, less for kevin, so he can shake it off
