Lots of celebrities and normal people use extensions regularly without damaging their hair. You must find an experienced stylist, don't use glue or adhesives for attachement(Lock Sytem or Sew) and replace them every 3mths you will have minimal to know damage to your hair depending on how well you take care of your hair. Now, I do agree that hair is healthier without extensions but extensions doesn't mean baldness. I would think most of the celebrities such as the Kardashians, Lauren Conrad, Paris Hilton at times, etc use extensions esp living in the spotlight, hell I would!!!!!!! Brit's back needed to be adjusted cause the weave looked horrible but think she went back and looks good now. Don't know why you would let Brit Spears leave with the back looking like that but who knows how Hollywood operates.
