When Kaplan doesn't comment, it doesn't mean things are going well for Britney. However, when her lawyer comments, as in the last hearing, when she said "things are great" and Britney was ordered not to drive the kids, things aren't usually so great. Anyway, all the other sites have the news but I guess X17 still hasn't figured out how to put a spin on it. Britney is allowed to have the kids for Christmas (with a court monitor). Nothing has changed, nor will it until a possible January hearing. I can't figure out why the courts don't just appoint who has primary custody. It's only fair, in the best interests of the kids, but I guess they're waiting for Britney to come clean. It's VERY difficult to deny a mother primary custody. The fact that this judge is dragging his heels and stalling tells it all.

Oh, yeah, and in the spirit of X17, Britney is victorious once again. Not.

Yeah, she's been shooting a video forever and keeps cancelling because she can't be bothered to show up. It's too late Britney fans! Personally, looking at the history of women (and I am a woman) who have taken their husbands for eveything they have, why should men be any different? SD, I saw the stand in doing the rehearsals for the VMAs and she was better and lip synced better. The whole thing flowed better but I still think it was a lame routine for a big comeback.
