Given the court's ruling, I believe that Spears is in a downward spiral. She has lost her manager, her lawyer, and now her hard-partying ways. She is on the verge of losing her kids. I don't think that money is the issue anymore. It's the kids' well-being.

I know there where times that she was not, but she wasn't stupid enough to drive herself and boys around town totally high! OK here is my issue with what the judge did, If Britney is a drug user as the judge says then she will need some time to get clean. Pulling her off of drugs cold turkey without some sort or treatment plan may not be the right course because the withdraws could be worse than anything she has done so far?
Did the judge not consider this? Also if the testing starts immediately and she has been doing drugs she will fail the first test. I want to know when these test will start and who is monitoring them. Britney needs to hire a better attorney so that these types of questions are asked and if I were Britney I would demand Kevin be tested as well.... Yes, that made sense. I prosecute people for it. The illegal use of presciption medications is one of the biggest drug problems our country has right now. For reference, check out www.dea.gov/pubs and look up "prescription medication." When someone recreationally uses medicine (for example, oxycontin) that may be legally prescribed for someone, but is not prescribed for them, it is illegal. The website I put above, if you have the brains to look it up and go to a site other than x17, lists several arrests related to that topic. I'm not suggesting B.S. is having this problem, but clarifying what apparently doesn't make sense to some.

Yeah, Britney is the best-controlled substances such as XANAX, OXYCONTIN, LORTAB, etc. may not be illegal but are habit forming, i.e. Anna Nicole, etc. Just because they're not "illegal" doesn't mean they can't be abused.
