K. This I have lived and learned....when a person is going through bad times EVERYONE wants to hear about it and read about it. When a person is healing from bad times NOBODY wants to believe it or read about it. What is so exciting about a child healing and getting better? The public gets bored because there is nothing exciting to hear or read anymore. But to a Momma it means more than you will ever know. My daughter, Jamie has been the perfect child. As far as our town goes, she was well known for her beauty and talent...a local celebrity since the age of 3. As for HATERS.....yes, there are many. Who likes the girl that beat their daughter out of a dance competition or a beauty pagent? No one! My Jamie did that. She was never a snob or bragged. It was just a natural thing for her because she was raised in front of an audience. My Jamie just turned 21 and has gone wild. Not only wild she has exhibited the same behavior that Britney has and I am scared to death. The first question I hear when I run into any of the "former" stage moms in Jamie's group, right now, is a very snide, "how is Jamie doing?". They are thriving right now, on my child's downfall. They think I am embarrassed by what she is going through. But they have NO IDEA.....I could give a shit about what they think!! That is the VERY least of my worries. I am a Mother to the core and I will stick by My Jamie until all of this is a bad memory. Yes, it's taking a huge toll on me.
