Britney Back in Court

Is Britney there? Even if she's not required to be, I think it would be in her best interest to be involved in ALL aspects of her life and stop letting those with only money matter issues rule her bank account.

I have to say though, I beleive she needs to be held accountable for driving without a liscense and I think it should be [kind of] harsh punishment, like suspended jail time probation type sentencing. Lessons learned. :-)

I live in California and I hope for all the citizens of the state that she loses her license for YEARS. We could do without her driving around aimlessly and creating havoc on the overcrowded freeways. She needs to be held accountable for her actions. Perhaps a few days in LA County Jail would be a good wake up call for the "Queen B"; make her realize she isn't so special, after all. Shitney is a bane on the face of the earth...using up precious resources.

what's your problem you guys? seems like you're stuck in 2007, she's getting her act together! and if u haven't noticed, she has 40/60 custody of her kids, she ain't driving anymore she has a bodyguard doing that, she's been sober for 8 months and she's working on a new album which is due in december this year. I think you should look up facts before you blame for stuff.

The "problem" is that Shitney has NEVER been held accountable for her actions. Everyone makes excuses for her and she continues to go about her merry way. It's ALWAYS somebody else's fault...never hers. For once, it would be nice to have her take responsibility for her mistakes and pay the penalty. Maybe this would help her "grow up" and start behaving like an adult. Then again, with her limited mentality, she may never get beyond the age of 16...

The lawyer fees would not be astronomical if she showed up to court a year ago !

And as far as being held accountable for her driving, oh please, we're talking about LA. History has shown you can get away with anything out there.

LOL please, she drove with another kind of driver license, so what? it's not like it's the worst thing you could do! if it wouldn't have been Britney, they wouldn't even have gone this far with the case. I think they should focus more on the crime in America than charge Britney Spears for driving with an unvalid license.
