Britney Spears Refuses To Comment On Bodyguard Lawsuit

Britney Spears isn't letting the lawsuit from her ex-bodyguard get in the way of her daily agenda... a visit to Johnny Rockets near her home in Calabasas always seems to put a spring in Brit's step!
However, when X17 videographers asked about Fernando Flores' sexual harassment claims, Ms. Spears stayed mum.
The pop star, who arrived without the kids at one of her favorite local restaurants, released a statement this morning on her official website denying all of Fernando Flores' accusations, including claims of sexual harassment and child abuse. Even Britney's ex hubby, Kevin Federline, came to her defense saying Flores' claims are "baseless."
But this isn't the first time the "Circus" singer has had to deal with bothersome bodyguards. Spears has a long history of troubles with her help, and why? Because the successful pop princess was and is a target!
Years before Fernando Flores came into the picture, there was Tony Barretto, who filed a declaration against Britney Spears in September 2007 in the middle of her custody battle with ex K-Fed.
Represented by Gloria Allred, Barretto alleged that the singer was using drugs and, separately, drinking alcohol around her two children. He worked for Spears from March-May 2007 - and this lawsuit was filed after the bodyguard was fired. Barretto also claimed that Britney was engaging in large amounts of, er, "nudity."
Poor Flores and Barretto! Of course, the job of a personal bodyguard might include seeing the person they're protecting at their most personal, right?
There was also a bodyguard slash "manny" named Perry Taylor in June 2006. But he was soon let go and reports alleged that he was trying to get too close to Britney... we're sure K-Fed wasn't too thrilled with that at the time! A similar situation occurred with bodyguard Ryan in May of this year, when he lunched with Britney at The Abbey in West Hollywood (while on duty) and online reports claimed Brit's beau Jason Trawick didn't appreciate the "extra" attention he was giving her...
So what's the common thread linking all of these people? Money, of course! Everyone goes after multi-millionaire Britney Spears because of her wealth and success. Heck, she even sang a song about it - "Piece of Me"!
Flores isn't the first employee to cry wolf against Brit and he probably won't be the last. Thankfully our girl has enough supporters to help get her through this. Keep your chin up, Brit!

What X17 should ask her if she knows where her sons are, and if she really beats them with a belt? You might get a real flare of anger about minding your own business before the bodyguards grab her and rush her away to the SUV.

Britney is more concerned with being able to sleep in, roll around with whoever she is screwing that week and making money than bothering with her children. Kevin isn't in the news abandoning his kids all over creation and he has CUSTODY. There is a reason these bodyguards are fed up. Not every person who files a lawsuit is making it up. Britney can afford very high powered representation and of course she's going to deny it.
Most decent, loving mothers spend every DAY with their children and don't have histories of locking their kids up with them in bathrooms while the police are surrounding the house, so she needs a credibility check and it's not turning out so great. Oh and 8:06 PM, although you are copycatting my "day with Britney" thing doesn't mean you get the credit. It bores me now, so I don't bother anymore, so get on with your bad self. I belive the guy , this is Britney we are talking about . she is such a hot mess in public , i can just imagione what a mess she is at home. I believe the bodygaurd. she has no class and she will have sex with anyone. If she is abusing her children, she should be arrested. How many times have child services visited her home? or has she be cought doing something stupid from driving with a child on her lap to losing custody of the kids to having supervise visit. If she was such a great mother she should have custody of her kids ,but kfed has custody. The BG should have call CPS on her when she abuse her kids. The truth will always come out, in teh end.
