Britney Court Update: Verdict Most Likely Delayed Until Monday

Can she come to court Monday for the verdict or will those generally inconvenient kids be a convenient excuse again on Monday?

It's a misdemeanor charge... she doesn't have to come to court and her appearance would do no good. Besides, she's still under the conservatorship and deemed unable to take part in her own defense, hence why her dad was there yesterday, Mr. Insult at 2:29PM

Paris was made to do her entire 23 days of her 45 day sentence. Michelle Rodriguez was released after doing 10 percent (18 days) of her 6 month sentence. The sheriff said publicly that he must treat all prisoners the same and because of the federal rules to reduce the jail population all non violent prisoners are released at the 10 percent point.

A judge does not have authority over the sheriff in California about release or operation of the jail.
