Britney Courtroom Update: Gag Order Denied

The show must go on - it's been decided that there won't be a gag order issued in Britney Spears' ongoing trials.
"We are dealing with a very critical issue here," Judge Gordon said to the court. "The public does have the right to know what the court is doing and to see that it's accurate."
This ruling must come as a relief to Kevin Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan, who argued against a gag on the basis that no "clear and present danger or imminent threat" exists to justify such an order.
Kaplan went on to stress that the paparazzi wouldn't be deterred by a gag order.
"[What happens] if Ms. Spears goes out to dinner or she's doing a concert and someone asks her 'How are the boys?'" Kaplan pointed out. "If she says 'they're great', would she be held in contempt?"
Spears' (now former) lawyer Anne Kiley countered that the fundamental issue is much simpler - it's "an emotional and safety issue for Mrs. Spears and the children."
Ultimately, however, Judge Gordon sided with Kaplan, arguing that the court's "main concern is the conduct of the photographers, and that's a law enforcement issue."
"All the attorneys on both sides have proceeded with nothing but dignity."

If Britney is denied the gag order then maybe the rest of the country's divorces that are currently under way across the the globe even should be picked apart and televised/conferenced. I just posted this on the last article; didn't notice the update. Anyway, I thought Laura Wasser was Brit's divorce attorney. Did I miss something somewhere or is Kiley just another attorney with Trope & Trope? This gets confusing after awhile!
Go to your local courthouse and ask to see filings if you are so interested in someone's divorce case. They are public record and you are able to access them. Get going NOW!

It's all over the news that Britney is getting counselling from Sam on how to fight back. She's fighting her dad but SAM LUFTI is the one who is telling her what to do about this and she's listening to him. He's like her best friend and just because we don't see her with him does not mean that she isn't talking to him every chance she gets.
I'm so tired of people trying to help her and she only finds ways and people to mess things in her life up. If she's going to listen to Sam then I throw my hands in the air and hope she looses everything to the losers she keeps picking up. Just please keep the boys out of her crazy life and the crazy people she hangs with in her home and hotels.

Both Britney and K-Fed seem to have a problem with stepping up to the parental plate. Raising kids is at times a thank-less, heartbreaking task and not everyone is cut out for it. If a foster home were to offer the care and love those innocent children deserve, then that would be the best place for them. Not with either parent.
I hope she is pregnant but it is an anonymous sperm donor. Once she gets away from her dad she can leave the country and tell Kfed to have fun raising your boys and then put all her money in a trust for her new baby. Cut Kfed off from the money train and the boys will be shipped off to her via the black Nanny.
Kevin would not have been dumb enough to make a statement that he doesn't want to care for the kids 100% of the time because it is too much for him. Even if he felt that way Kaplan wouldn't let him make a statement like that and put himself in a bad light to the Court. Kevin wants and has always wanted to share the child raising duties with Britney. He just asked that she be healthy, sane and stable. Guess he asked for too much
K-Fed is and has always ben a crass, tacky piece of crap. He is not in it for the sake of his kids. (Re: Shar Jackson) but for the MONEY. Of course he wants Britney well. If she goes completly of her rails, the money could end. End of story.

off the top of my head i can't remember the man's name - but he lasted all but 1-2 days (?) before bailing on the HOT STEAMING MESS we call SHITNEY! :)
