TMZ has learned Britney Spears will finally take the oath and have her deposition taken -- and it's happening tomorrow at 10 AM.
Sources say Britney will roll to the Los Angeles offices of K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan. Her legal team, which includes Anne Kiley and Tara Scott, will be there to raise objections -- and expect lots of them.
Those sources say the depo could last several days. Kaplan has been trying to get Brit under oath for nearly a year and he'll be asking a range of questions relating to child custody and, we believe, spousal support.
TMZ will present live streaming video of Brit's arrival beginning at 9:00 AM PT.

Ed Boks, general manager of Los Angeles Animal Services, said, "We did shut [Pets of Bel Air] down and they have 48 hours to bring their permits into compliance."

what happened to the good old days of reporting when they only took shots of these stars when they were at at a function or an event? These people who make a living now of cheesy websites, hire low life's to sit and wait for these stars, and intrude on their lives. One of the things I think is the most disturbing is taking pictures of their children, these kids are not STARS and they are just innocent, and should not have their pictures taken, so every nut out there has access to them. This is potentally very dangerous material to put into someone's hands. The stars will eventually hire lawyers, band together and put this to an end. It crosses the line when you put people's live's in danger.

The colors black and red are the worst when it comes to "color bleeding" which means a lot comes out for about 2 weeks. The fact that her fingers are black could have happen by simply "running" her hands through her "new" dye job, even after it was washed and dried. If she's not careful all of her pillow-cases will be covered with the dye as well. Dark permanent hair color is the hardest to get off your skin.
