Lynne Spears declaration states Lutfi cut Britney’s home telephone line and he hid her cell phone rechargers. I believe she was cognitively impaired and Lutfi - her self professed manager - did NOT wanted her to comply with the court orders. I also believe Lutfi did NOT want her children around because it would have impeded his ability to sell information about Crazy Britney’s Midnight Rides etc.

There are a few holes/inconsistencies in Lynne's story. Should be quite interesting to see how tomorrow plays out, especially if Sam shows up. That also explains why Lynne has been in LA so long and neglecting her pregnant 16 year old other daughter.

Britney could have just as easily been sitting on the curb crying because she found out her mother was in town. Remember that the two of them had a very "strained" relationship and it is quite possible that Britney had gotten wind of a plan to have her involuntarily hospitalized and feared that was what her mother was in town to do. After all, she had already been hospitalized once and her mother hadn't been there for quite some time.

Britney could have just as easily sat inside her home and cried in private. But I guess that's not as provocative.

Seems to me anyone in her position that was sure enough that these things were happening to her daughter and then to her and her friend would go to any length to gather concrete proof, including a blood test. The police were well aware of the situation and most certainly would have cooperated with her in at least having the blood tests done and then take further action if necessary.
