Britany is always Holding Jayden and never really seen pampering on Sean" Preston" Jayden does NOT like all the attention and flash, plus People yelling his name whenever his mom has them, it unnerves him alot. Britany knows that she will be followed so, putting on that sab, pouting face is just BS! She knows and can make plan ahead of time to avoid these confrontations for her boys/herself.
It's public and that is what she likes. I do NOT buy into her" sad, sob story life one second!" Get over it Brit and learn to live with what you have and were given and GET WELL if it's possible!

Part-time "mama" and Jayden both appear to be riding the short bus in all these photos. You've got to wonder if either of them were able to understand the movie or they just admired the "preddy pitchers"???

Britney looks so unhappy when she is with her kids. She looked happy coming out of the salon the other day but as soon as she has her kids, it's almost as if she doesn't want to be there with them at all.

It's weird how people on here assume she looks unhappy because she's with her kids. I think it's quite the opposite... she looks unhappy and pissed because the paps "caught her" during a more personal family moment, as opposed to getting her hair did!

Just my opinion. There's a time & place for the paparazzi. She clearly doesn't have the same relationship with the paps as she used to. I think she's fed up.

SJP is followed virtually every time she steps out of her Manhattan home. It doesn’t matter if she is with or without her kids. It wouldn’t be any different for BJS and her kids. Be honest. You’d much rather see BJS looking photo shopped doing promotion and videos rather than how horrid she looks in candids. It's kinda sad you prefer bury your head in the sand IMO. BJS went shopping on paparazzi blvd because she wants attention. If she and her family were smart (they’re not) she could live quietly in a small Cali town away from the paparazzi (most of the time). Other celebs have done it but she and her family won't. She seeks paparazzi attention then she, her family and fans complain about it. End of story.

I think her kids are a bit young for that movie. Especially since they appear to be on the slow side to begin with.

@ 3:00, she's not really photoshopped. You may want to think so but she's not heavily photoshopped. The only absolutely overshot things have been the Gimme More video and the first Candie's campaign last year. Other than that, what you see is basically her. Photoshop is done on everyone, not just her. And about her "seeking attention", she gets it where ever she goes, I doubt she's trying to seek it out. If she was seeking attention, wouldn't she want to look her best to impress the people who'd talk about the pictures/video?

Have any of you fans bothered to read the medical and legal criteria for establishing and maintaining a conservatorship? I can assure you, if you take the time you will understand she is severely mentally impaired. You are correct about one thing. She is a very wealthy woman. But her wealth will not restore her mental health or her freedom. The purpose of building wealth is to live your life on your own terms. The conservators allowed her to record rather than deal with her severe mental impairment full time because fans like you were willing to line up like lemmings to buy recordings and purchase tickets to see a wealthy caged animal perform. It's supply and demand economics.

She is being held under a permanent conservatorship. The co-conservators can request the conservatorship be ended but their opinions are a minor consideration. Under California law, she must prove her mental competency to the court appoint psychiatrist. He must submit a report to the court with a recommendation to end the conservatorship.

If you had bothered to read California Civil Code rather than TMZ - you would know Britney Spears must prove she is mentally competent to the court appointed psychiatrist.

Hypothetical situation:

If Jamie Spears and every member of his family testified they wanted the conservatorship ended; AND the court appointed psychiatrist submitted a report to the court stating she is still severely mentally impaired; Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz would not end the conservatorship. Goetz would weigh the diagnosis of the mental health expert she chose more heavily than any other testimony. The court has an obligation to uphold the conservatorship until she is mentally competent. Even if every member of the family refused to serve as a co-conservator (extremely unlikely), the court would appoint a professional conservator from a list of reputable lawyers to serve with the current co-conservator, Andrew Wallet.

In short, Britney Spears has to prove her mental competency to regain her freedom.

THAT is why people are still talking about whether or not she can bath and dress herself.
