Go read the order again. The lab was order to give Kaplan the results too.

10:45 WHEN does Shitney cover her face from the paps??????? Actually, she did right after she got her trout lips. But, other than that, she LOVES for the paps to snap her face. She wasn't wearing her glasses so she probably had to hold the phone up to her face so she could read it.
P.S. And even if she WAS using the phone to cover her face, is that something one does while running a red light??
