I don't think Lynne is a golddigger. I'm sure she's made mistakes but she doesn't pimp the publicity (like Dina Lohan). She's only said she loves her daughter very much. I'm sure that family has been on their knees praying.

Let's remember the history here. She didn't get the license in time to show it to the judge. She failed to test for alcohol and drugs as directed by the Court. She failed to attend individual counseling as ordered by the Judge. She failed to attend co-parenting sessions as directed by the Court. She decided not to show up for the Court hearing and NOW she misses the first visit with her children because "the intercom was broken" and mean old Kevin wouldn't let the driver bring the kids back. Give me Britney Spears has more than $750,000.00 per month in income. That's more than 3/4 of a million dollars every month. That much money will keep her stoned enough that the kids are already a distant memory. They mean no more to her than the little dogs she totes around or her designer handbags or the McDonalds grease that fills her with such delight.
It is too late and it was already too late long ago.
They may come with the best of intentions. But Britney is not going to listen to them now any more than she has in the past. Remember last time she was with Lynne Spears she was accusing her mother of sleeping with Kevin Federline. If she thinks she "already has them back, baby", referring to her children, then she will feel no need to heed anything family and friends have to say to her now.

I seriously doubt Kevin is worried. Some of the online sites have a timeline & photos of Britney's stunts & "meltdowns". He has enough ammo for 6 single dads. :-) It would surprise me if the Federline guys don't stay united for a very long time.

So, what's the big deal about Britney supporting her parents? If I had a $40M bucks, I'd set my parents and my siblings up for life, no question. And, I think most people here with normal relationships with their families would do the same thing. And, that support was pretty much cut off when Brit and her mother had their fight, but I think that proves it wasn't all about money. If it were, Lynn would have stuck by Britney's side and done whatever she wanted to keep the money flowing. But, Lynn wasn't going to put up with Britney's drugs and lifestyle, just for money. You guys need to stop blaming the parents for every mistake Britney has made as an adult.

I don't realy care about what Concerned said. It's nothing to argue over. The kids did get turned over and that's what matters.. I do agree with you with most of what you said, especially about Lynne and Kevin. I think Lynne wants to do something, but she is scared. She could have Britney involuntarily committed. I do beleive she has enough grounds. The problem would be if Britney would stay. I'm not sure they could keep her over 72 hours and then she could leave against medical advice. AMA. Clearly, that would not be enough time to do much, and would probably just make her angrier.. In my opinion, I think she needs to find out what is mentally wrong before they can work on any type of addictions, because people who have a mental illness most likely try to self medicate with alcohol and drugs. It's very common. I feel if she was just convinced to go to rehab, it wouldn't solve all of her problems. It's a tough spot to be in for all of them and I'm not sure what the answer is. I truly believe as you said, Kevin is a good dad (or trying to be) and I don't think it's about money. I think they all love the kids and just want Britney to be healthy and well. It is a sad situation all the way around.

Wow, she really is on drugs. I just thought that was a lie. But when she starts with the whole "I got my babies back", then I could tell she is inane from the drugs. Britney would probably kill them by accident or on purpose while she is on a drug high. For the safty of the babies, she should not get them back. She does not want them anyway. The judge knows this and will not give them back.

Court cases are very long and drawn out. Look how long it took for Britney to FINALLY have her kids removed from her care. In order for her to get them back there is much on Spears' "To Do" list. There is no such thing as a secret court date, I actually laughed out loud at that one.
If Spears works very hard at proving she is a capable parent, completes her tasks in a timely matter and shows respect to Judge Gordon then she MAY have full custody back within a year. It depends on how hard she works and if the Judge is convinced of her abilities as a parent. There is no easy or quick fix to these kinds of cases.

X17 I hope you back off and allow mother and daughter reunite. This girl is sick and needs her family right now. This is when you guys cross the line. You have already crossed it as well as Britney by documenting her life and adding to her many kinds of addictions one that is so obvious called FAME! Update: Britney Flees Intervention

After a marathon intervention session with her mother, sister and ex-husband, Britney Spears appears to be back to her usual, unusual behavior.
