It was Sam Lufti that said she passed 8 drug tests. The judge said he still has NOT seen the drug tests. Also, the people that try to do the drug tests on Brit complained a week and a half ago that they could not get ahold of her. The judge said it was another failed test (A missed test is a failed test). That was one of the reasons he took the babies away at that time. And now she is doing drugs again as of Wednesday.
