Britney Settles Suit With Injured Photog

Way back during Brit's wild times of '07, when she was unsupervised, unconservatored and running the streets, she accidentally ran over a photog's foot in a parking lot (see pix and video above.)
But now, The AP reports that she's settled a lawsuit with the pap who sued her for assault, battery and negligently driving her car.
The terms of the lawsuit were not disclosed, but a love tap from Brit is priceless!
Well, maybe not priceless, he probably scored a pretty penny!
