All of music's hottest names were at the Staples Center for the Grammy awards yesterday, but Britney Spears decided to skip the festivities and spend her day getting tan and pampered at the Forever Bella Skin and Tanning in Thousand Oaks.

The pop princess wore an off-the-shoulder black top and acid washed jeans, and as much as we love Brit Brit, she needs to stop dressing like a walking Wet Seal advertisement!

All her beautifying might be motivated by a desire for new romance!

If you believe the rumors, the "Toxic" singer has been looking for a new man online! "Britney's friends think it's a good thing she's occupying her time with thoughts of moving on in the romance department. They're not opposed to her doing the online thing so long as she doesn't actually go out and meet a stranger from the sites," a source told ShowBiz Spy.
