Britney Spears Checks Out $15,000 A Month Malibu Beach Rental

Britney Spears is on the market for a Malibu beach house, and over the weekend she reportedly spent four hours at this oceanfront property with her two young sons and fiance Jason Trawick.

The 3,565 square foot home has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, and it was built in 1979. There are decks on each of the three stories with spectacular ocean views, and other amenities include a spa, a newly remodeled kitchen and there is even a separate studio apartment!

We're hearing that Britney isn't interested in buying the $6.9 million mansion, but rather, she's considering renting it for $14,900 a month.

Britney has had several other homes in Malibu over the years, including a $10 million estate that she bought in 2004 and sold in August of 2007, along with a rental in late 2007 that was tucked away in a private community. In April the 30-year-old pop superstar unloaded her Beverly Hills pad for $4.25 million, and though she spends most of her time at her Calabasas residence, she seems eager to get back into the 'Bu!
