Britney Spears Stuns In Tiny Dress On The Tonight Show

Britney Spears proved last night on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno that SHE has the X Factor!
The 30-year-old pop star rocked a tiny dress, grey strappy heels and sexy bangs while chatting on the late night talk show alongside Simon Cowell.
Simon recalled Britney's concerns regarding her judging duties on the X Factor. He tells Jay:
- "She looked at me like what have I signed up for here, after two hours we had a conversation and it was like I'm not sure I should be doing this they all hate me, they're booing me... I said you're doing a brilliant job get used to it."
