Britney Spears And Will.i.am Debut "Scream And Shout"

Britney Spears is back, ya'll!
This time the mommy of two has teamed up with Will.i.am for the heavily-produced single, "Scream and Shout."
While debuting the song on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM, Brit told the radio host:
"I can't sit down. I have to dance. I wanna dance. I felt like I'm at the club. I generally have a good time [working with will.i.am.]"
The video debuts this Thursday during the X Factor. As for the single, it will be featured on Will.i.am's upcoming album Willpower due out on December 7.
