Britney Spears On X Factor Gig: "I Don't Think I'm The Toughest"

Britney Spears is ready to show the world that she's not a robot on the X Factor judges' table. Yes, she actually takes the job seriously!
In between the San Francisco auditions, the 30-year-old pop star opens up about her X Factor duties. Brit says:
- "I think I'm a fair judge. Sometimes it's hard because I know what they've been through and being so young and [wanting to] achieving their dreams. It's such a subtle and delicate situation when they're that young so you just have to use constructive criticism and be there for them and just show them support."
Is she the toughest judge? Brit adds:
- "I don't think I'm the toughest judge at all. I definitely think Simon would have to be the toughest judge."
Spears says she's looking for someone with "spark and spunk." Awww ... like her old self.
