JUST A SUGGESTION - I'm not a doctor, but if you are having sleep issues, Red Bull is not helping - and she doesn't need it to work out in the dance studio either - following a healthy diet (food pyramid) and water (hydration)will help maintain your energy level - not excessive caffeine -

So she is taking in large doses of caffeine from the Red Bull and then swallowing sleep aids afterward...really bad combo
