Britney To Cancel Her Tour If The Boys Can't Come Along!

Britney Spears will reportedly cancel her upcoming tour if Kevin Federline's attorneys continue to block an agreement allowing her to take the kids with her while she's on the road, according to TMZ.
Britney, her father Jamie and K-Fed have been trying to work things out for weeks, and the initial plan called for "home bases" in New Jersey, New Orleans and Los Angeles. You see, little Sean Preston and Jayden James would stay in one of these three spots, and Brit would commute back and forth while doing shows in each part of the country. Makes sense, right?
Well, as with most things Britney related, here's the problem: Brit, K-Fed and Jamie worked out the arrangement without the help of any lawyers, and when K-Fed's legal team found out about the plan they were not pleased. Sources tell TMZ K-Fed's lawyers object to the plan but won't say why, and K-Fed apparently "doesn't have the cojones to stand up to his lawyers."
Think Brit would cancel her tour just to make a point?
Guess we'll have to find out! Maybe Brit's 2009 won't be as calm as we thought!

This "story" of wanting to have the kids around her while touring sounds like subterfuge or an alibi to get out of the Circus Tour. Maybe Britney never wanted to take her show on the road or she's had "second thoughts" (assuming she's capable of having "thoughts") it because she knows lip syncing and gyrating at age 27 isn't acceptable like it was when she was 18. IF Britney wrangles her way out of her Circus Tour with this feeble excuse, she'll be able to revert to her typical pattern of blaming someone else. "It wasn't my fault Kevin wouldn't let the kids follow me from place to place"; "the lawyers wouldn't agree to allowing me my visitation rights", etc. Britney (or her managers or father) have known for months that she was going to "on tour" and NOW this is surfacing? She's getting scared of facing the public scrutiny OR she never wanted to do a Tour in the first place. Hopefully, Jive Record Company will slap her with a law suit if she backs out at this late date and her few remaining fans will finally kiss her off…
Looks like the lawyers also want money from britney. They want the same or even more money then what Kevin would get.
