It isn't the calories before working out that are bad, it's the caffeine. You should never ever drink caffeine before doing cardio since it raises your heart rate and cardio does too. People have had heart attacks when mixing caffeine and cardio. A better choice would be juice or a light protein bar. I know. I workout daily and would never try to do cardio with caffeine in my system. Yikes.

I guess they figure that Jamie Lynn's career is now over, and there's no more money to be squeezed from her.
