X17 is full of shit once again! The sleeping pill story X17 is giving is fabricated. Hollywod.tv.com has a live video of Shitney going into, and out of Target. She DID NOT buy, or pick-up anything in Target. She played her normal "I'll tell the paps where I'll be today". The only thing this washed up bitch loves, is calling the paps , and telling them, (X17), where she'll be. If you watch the Hollywod.tv video, there were paps aleady positioned at Target with their cameras, for her arrival. This Bitch is CRAZY, and she did NOT pick-up a sleeping pill prescripton at Target. The bitch was tired from prancing around Malibu until 2am, with her set-up X17 pap chasers.
Shitney, is more concerned about the paps following,and praising her., than getting enough rest for her 8:30am court appearance.

I'm not sure I buy the sleeping pill story...wouldn't she have to have this "drug" approved of by the court? I think she was at the medical center because of the pink eye-that's why she is ALWAYS wearing the glasses.And in the video of her eating at Cabo, she rubs her eyes and tells her friend they're itchy.

Is the source that alledges she was late for court credible? Was she really?

When I heard Britney didn't show up in court today (wow! what a shock!!), I couldn't wait to see what excuse you'd made up for her, and sure enough, there it was! But what a letdown! Come on kids, you can do better than "the dog ate her alarm clock!!" I realize you didn't have much time---and you certainly didn't have any way to know what really kept her from showing up. But first, she was staying with people, according to YOU, her sister and Alli. Nobody woke her up knowing how important it was that she show up in court? How retarded is that scenario? Her LAWYER said she didn't show up on purpose so she wouldn't have deal with the crowds of paps!! Since when has that been a problem for her? As others have said, she should have been able to put up with it (like she does every day) if she really wanted to show the court she's serious. The only question is why she bothered to show up at all 5 hours late. And that crap you made up about her having insomnia and needing sleeping pills?? Can't you do any better than that? What the other sites reported made a whole lot more sense---she went to the health center to get treated for the pink eye. The trip to Target wasn't to go to their pharmacy for pills you morons!! The other sites say she wanted a camera charger, which they didn't have, and the fact that her assistant was at Best Buys or some other electronic store later would certainly back up that claim.
