KFed was out partying every night during her first pregnancy and while she was home as a first time mother. The Commissioner has just ruled that Britney will not have visitation restored, at least until the next hearing on February 19.

The order came after the testimony several people, including two LAPD cops who responded to the craziness a week ago Thursday; Lisa Hacker, a parenting coach; Loni Jones, a bodyguard, and Pamela Strong, the court monitor who was present during the drama. K-Fed's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan testified as well.

I believe that she was scared of the whole courtroom circus BUT if she can't handle that, how can she handle two toddlers alone? Emergencies spring up all the time and you have to keep your cool and handle it, even if you're afraid. Turns out she didn't need to be there anyway today. She won't see her kids at all until AT LEAST February 19 based on what the cops and paramedics as well the parenting coach (whose services have been suspended since Kevin doesn't need lessons and Britney...well...) and the monitor. This girl is seriously disturbed or just has her priorities way screwed up. As a parent who went through quite a few custody hearings, I never just didn't show up and I didn't show up LATE either. This is her children. They should be the most important thing in her life. How can she just not show up? All of you who feel sorry for her are being mislead. Who you SHOULD feel sorry for are Brit's two sons- who can't see their mom because she doesn't care enough about them to get it together in order to win back visitation rights so she can spend time with them. And I'm sorry, but her claim that she's "afraid" of the media is a load of crap.
