Giving to charity is an option or a choice, it should not be expected of anyone! I can easily afford to give charity, yet I don't either. NO one is obligated to give anything to anybody. Definitely up to no good. But WHY go to Mexico on a PRIVATE jet for only 24 hours? Because they can, I know, but it's fishy. JGlad--No, I'm one of your Jersey neighbors--Princeton/New Brunswick area. I was last in the City in October to hook up with a friend from Queens. "I My guess is that the commish will leave things as they are--no visitation, until the court date sometime in April. That's when all the paperwork and reports were supposed to be finished and given to him for a ruling. Every other scheduled court date seems to have been interim things to see how things are progressing. As I remember, during the date scheduled for this or next month, she could have been put on once, not twice a week random testing if she had followed the original rulings, which she hasn't. So I guess the commish will more than likely just wait til that April date before anything gets done.

She has been given EVERY chance to get her kids.. more than "normal everyday" people yet she won't do it. She refuses to speak to any of her good friends because they won't side with her behavior.
She lives in her own world and follows her own rules and will continue to do so until everyone stops sticking up for her.

Britney best bet right now is to:

- Commit Volutarily to her own Private Psychiatrist to treat her for her already established Manic Behavior and thus avoid being institutionalized for it.

OR, hopefully seriously,

- Proclaim She's a follower of a certain religion that does not acknowledge Psyhchiatric Diagnoses, and thus have their Lawyers on her side to argue the othe inevitable, involuntary Psychiatric hold for-evalation.

I'm fully aware giving is an option for everyone and I am in no way "hating on the rich"...that just makes me laugh! You saying that makes it seem you think I am someone who is poor and "expects" people to give to me...not so much. ; ) Who I am hating on are IGNORANT RICH PEOPLE-like Britney-who are so self absorbed and disconnected with reality

they are unaware or uninterested in humanity and the idea of helping your fellow man. I don't think it matters if anyone gives money or donates (not sells on E Bay!) clothing or helps build a house with Habitat for Humanity-it all boils down to GIVING, HELPING, CARING. As some other posters have said, they are middle class, many probably with families, and WORK for their money and their homes/cars, etc., yet they still give in some way. No one should "expect" handouts - I agree with you on that - but people who give do so, I believe, because they recognize what they HAVE and what others DON'T. People who are in high profile positions with gobs of money almost have a social responsibility to spread the wealth, and them doing so sets a tone for others. I would be hard pressed to name ANY well known celeb who hasn't in some fashion supported, donated or contributed to something! It's sickening to see a prominent young woman so full of self righteousness yet with such OPPORTUNITY to help others. She needs to take lessons from her fellow young celebs: Protest dolphin hunting (Hayden), create a charity for children-that you won't abandon is the key here! (Nicole/Joel), help kids in third world conditions (Angie/Brad/Madonna), donate sweat and time to helping New Orleans (Brad, Harry Connick Jr), volunteer at a soup kitchen (that tool Spencer did it, for Christ's sake! And Lindsay did too, I believe!) I'm just sayin...if anyone hears me on this let me know! : )
