Britney Spears confirmed that she was feeling "better" last night as she made her way into the Four Seasons Hotel.
In fact, the Queen B was feeling good enough to meet up with a friend and chitchat with the paps about her "horrible" pictures (her words, not ours) at the gas station!
Still, we don't want to jump to any conclusions about Britney's health - after all, she was clearly still under the weather enough that she neglected to wait for her pal before driving off!
We hope Britney's back to %100 soon - you've gotta stay on your toes when you're dealing with a legal eagle like K-Fed's counsel!

I have a 1 year old, i went through post partum depression and it lasted a total of a month. I never neglected my son for a second. I never put myself in a situation where someone would question my parenting skills. I had it toward myself and yes because i could not go out. My son was born 2 weeks after Jayden and I myself am a year younger then Britney. I was born in November, so my birthday and maybe New Years Eve was a down point for me. But you get over it and look at that gorgeous baby you have and know its all worth it. If depression was just the only case, then she shouldnt have had a problem on the stand defending that.
I have stood up for her since day 1, but not today and not tomorrow. Not until she realizes how much she has fucked up this past year and potentially her life and those boys lives. I don't wish any harm on her physically but she needs help.

Given her actions, I hope the court grants Kevin PERMANENT custody and the case is dismissed. As officers of the court, they will not want to be a party to her continued disregard and disrespect of the judicial system and will surely be resigning soon. What kind of person does this to her own children? I don't understand how in the world she looks herself in the mirror (my bad, given the way she always looks, she obviously doesn't own a mirror). I have heard people say she is so sweet, such a big heart, etc. I'm sorry, but I don't see it. Loving and compassionate people do not treat those around them, and especially not their own children, the way she does. I lost my husband tragically at a very young age. I have a son that cries for his daddy everyday. I got to see him play tee-ball and start his first day of school looking at the other dads and being very sad. I know what depression and anxiety feels like. HOWEVER, not one day goes by that I don't keep it together FOR my son. I don't wish death upon anyone EVER. I think that the people on here that wish her death obviously do not understand the meaning of it. They don't see her as a "real" person. They see her as a character that is on a show. Yes, she is on a show. The trainwreck show.
I do not condone Britney's actions. I think it is absolutely appalling that a mother wouldn't fight for her children. If someone EVER tried to take my children from me, I would be in prison at this moment.
It is sickening to me that people continue to enable her. The courts need to take away any communication between her and the boys until she commits to being healthier. She sets a very bad example for parents.
Also, to the peopel that say this doesn't affect our lives, the hell it doesn't. Anybody that knows how this court system works, knows differently. In any court case, lawyers referance to other court cases as a back bone. This girl has set into motion for all the other deadbeats to appeal thier cases. I can hear the lawyers presenting their cases now.... In the case of Spears vs. Federline, my client Jane/John Doe feels that they have had an injustice done to them. They were sanctioned and stripped of their rights for being a so-called deadbeat parent. It is an injustice to my client when referring to the Spears vs. Federline because clearly there aren't the same consequences.
What a great time for DEADBEATS everywhere. The ball is rolling for thousands of appeals.
All of us as parents have given up and sacrificed many things for our children. This woman shouldn't be any different. It doesn't matter how young you are, or what kind of life you had. A mother should be exactly that. A mother.
Most of Britney's problem with these kids is that if you look back to when they got married, all she wanted was kids, husband , and family. The only problem is that it was a package deal for her. The marriage fell apart and so did that package. She wants all or nothing. Chances are the only way Britney will ever straighten up is for Kevin to call her and try to work things out. 10 to 1 says that she would clean her act up in a heartbeat for that.
I applaud Kevin for stepping up to the plate to care for his children. Ithink it is great that he knows what his role is. I think that the people who claim that Kevin is only in it for the money is full of shit. This girl only pays 2% of her income for child support. That goes against the standard 30% that most non custodial parents pay. Clearly, Kevin is not even getting what he is entitled to by law.
