I didn't buy it. i downloaded it for free. To be honest I wanted to hear this. I never listened to a britney album so i thought why not try. And i must say it's not as bad as i thought it would be. At some parts the music is good. It's just that ugly voice that spoiled it. That's really to bad. Some songs good have been good if they would have givin it to a better singer.

I was completely surprised as i started dancing to it. the "hooks & beats" were good. she still has it in her, i think if she gets her personal life together, gets on a diet, stops partying so much it would show more in her work. but as for blackout.. i give it a 7 out of 10.. not being biased or anything..

She knows how to hype her album...she's a smart business woman who is much more savy than people give her credit for her. Most of her problems have been created by the losers around her life, like her Ex, her parents, and those money hungry cowards wanting to sell stories about her. The only decent people around her lately are her friends Sam and Alli. She's a young mother, who didn't live a normal 20 something life. I'm sure she mature soon enough and realize how to take hold of her life and be the mom those kids deserve. Instead of bashing her, how about trying to analyze her situation--which is she's young, rich, and famous---and most of the time those can be crutching attributes, since life seems as a fantasy. She needs people to help her see reality. As human beings, can't we just send her positive wishes for her and her family?

When her selfish actions stop negatively affecting her children then I might send her positive wishes but to get there she (and you too) needs to stop blaming everyone else (parents, manager, ex, etc) and take responsibility for her own actions. No way made her marry K-Fed, no one made her put out albums and tour (which is the only reason she's able to live the privileged life she leads now) and maybe (and that's a BIG MAYBE) her parents could have done a better job but guess what - most parents could have done a better job! When you become an adult you analyze your life, go to therapy, whatever you need to do but you GET OVER IT! Instead she is being a worse parent to her two boys than her parents EVER were to her. i downloaded the album about a week ago. The producers (nate hills for one) did a great job of making good danceable songs.
I like the songs, BUT i really wish hsomeone else was singing on the album. Britney's voice (if you can call it that) can be so grating and so annoying that ruins perfectly good music.
Like Toy Soldier for instance. Opens up great, gets you ooked and then she starts and you're sitting there going "ah wtf, my ears!"
