Once the queen of junk food, Britney's trading in her love of cheese puffs for sushi.
Stylist GK Reid, who worked on Brit's upcoming 3 video, told Page Six, "She exhibited amazing energy and was in great shape -- her body looked better than it has in years." And here's why: "She munched on sushi instead of junk food, and even sang live with the words. She worked really hard and was really sweet to all the dancers."
Although Brit's body has been rockin' as of late, do you really think she'd permanently give up on frapps and cheese puffs or as soon as her tour is over and all her videos are in the can, she'll go right back to her first love?
I vote for the latter.

Britney works hard and can achieve anything. She is dedicated and brings the good to the table when it is time lay it out. She has made everyone money in the business and from what I hear, she has an amazing personallity and treats everyone with respect. She is a complete package of what everyone enjoys working with and being a part of.

Well I am 10:27 just stopping back in to see what people have had to say. I think she has it going on and she is unstoppable. I wish more celebs had the attitude she has. I also think she has a terrific body, she is in great shape, she could put on a few more lbs and still look fantastic, but I would give anything to have the tone she has.
