Britney's Cousin Alli Gets Served!

The divorce drama never ends! Brit's cousin slash assistant Alli Sims was served late last night - it was 3 a.m. - with legal papers! Kevin Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan initiated the serving of documents, which state that Alli must testify about Britney's parenting skills in the on-going custody battle between Ms. Spears and K-Fed for their two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James. Our sources say that Alli very much resisted taking the papers - she kept backing away and was very angry with the situation.

Before all that happened last night, Britney and Alli had gotten dinner with friends at Wokcano in Hollywood before heading off to a private house party... with Brit's ex-boyfriend and producer J.R. Rotem. An X17 source revealed exclusively to X17 Online that Rotem is currently working with Alli on her music and producing at least one of her singles. (That's him with Alli in the third pic.)
