I'd like to point out that since Dec. Spears has gone out and, with the exception of her B-Day, hasn't appeared to be drubnk or crazy. In fact, there are multiple pictures of her with untitled CD's in her hands, going to recording and sance studios. Who is to say what she does in the clubs or at house parties. It could be she is previewing tracks...not unheard of people. Industry people like to "get a feel for" what works and what doesn't. This "house party" she went to? It could have been a good ole house party or(and I'm inclined to believe b/c the video shows no one sloshed or anyone else coming and going...not such a big "party" then eh?) it could have been a get together of people she knows so that she can preview and work out the comings of her next work. Just to let you know CPS does not take children away unless they are in danger and last time a checked she hasn't done anything illegal. She goes out late at night, presumably when her 2 children are sleeping and is home in the morning. If, like all the reports say, which everyone is basing "she's a bad mother" on, are true she has a nanny nearby if the children need anything while she is out. From all accounts she spends the day with them and is only seen out late at night. That DOES NOT warrant CPS's involvement and frankly, is a waste of a social worker's time...where we should be focusing on children that truly need our help and attention. If she is truly unfit, which parting does not make her nor does staying out for hours at a time at night as long as her children are provided for, then she has a right to keep her children.
