I agree 6:38 that any success Lipney has had this past year is because of her handlers not her. She can't even lipsync and barely moves around on stage. She needed attention away from her on stage, thus the need for dozens of performers. I want you to understand everything that happened to Britney could have been avoided.

In August 2007, the custody judge ordered Britney and Kevin to undergo a full 730 evaluation. It’s a psychological evaluation requiring weeks, sometimes months, of interviews and testing with the parents and children. It usually involves home visits. Both parents were given a list of court approved psychologists. They were told to make a selection. Kevin complied immediately. Britney refused for to comply for six months. I know for certain she did not have the 730 evaluation before she was hospitalized because Jon Eardley (the lawyer slapped with a restraining order) wrote Britney a letter in January 2008. He spoke about an alternative to the 730 evaluation she was avoiding.

The 730 evaluation was completed on April 25, 2008, nearly three months after the conservatorship began.

If Britney had followed the judge’s order for a 730 evaluation in August 2007, she would have received the psychological help she needed before her condition deteriorated. She would not have been forcibly committed twice. The hostage situation would not have occurred. She would not have humiliated herself in public for months. Sam’s influence would have been brought to an end sooner. And she would not be under a nearly two year old conservatorship today.

Perseverance in the face of adversity is an admirable quality. Stubbornness for the sake of showing everyone who has hurt or disappointed you, that you’re in control (when you‘re not tends to lead to trouble.

It’s a shame.

Between August 2007-January 2008, the judge was adamant about the 730 psychological evaluation. Britney’s rebellion against a critical court order was a life-altering decision. It’s highly doubtful she would have prevailed in the Spring 2008 custody trial (as originally scheduled) without undergoing the 730 evaluation.

Like I said, it’s a shame.

It’s an not/or either or situation (show pony vs. dead). The conservatorship stabilized her health, facilitated monitored visitation with her children and guaranteed her physical security from predators. All these things were/are important and necessary. What she does not need is fans demanding more from her until she is capable of regaining control of her life. She is still too high risk for insurance carriers. The more fans demand, the more likely she will be pushed into another tour under the conservatorship.
