The judge is not doing anything to Britney -- he is doing this for the benefit of the boys. He is not anti/pro Kevin or Britney. His responsibility is to those two boys and making sure they are safe and well cared for. Further, A judge is not allowed to let their personal feelings impact their performance as an officer of the court. If he is not doing his job, her attorneys could ask for him to be officially removed or recuse himself from the case. If anything, he is doing this woman a favor. Its very simple for Britney, her behavior leading up to this gave everyone cause for concern, and was clearly unstable from the end of last year. The judge laid down some conditions to be followed, which also applied to K-Fed. Britney has an expensive lawyer, so if K-fed were not compliant then she would be launching attacks on him in court. If you read the pdf of the actual court report, it was lack of compliance, with telephone testimony from the Court Appointed Monitor. She needs to make an effort, attend the counselling, keep her nose clean (no pun intended) with the drug tests and prove herself beyond reproach. So far she has not, and has shown nothing but contempt for the court, regardless of what she might think, the COurt and a Judge is like a Casino - the house always wins. One Lawyer has already fired her, and she patently is not listening to the new one either. Sad that even simple direction seems to not interest her.

I dont know why she doesnt do what the judge asks of her because I do not personally know her. I do know that these are real kids even though their mother is a celebrity and this is not healthy. When people are this wealthy, I think there should be a cap on the amount of money that can be sought in a custody
arrangement. I think $20.000 is more than enough to successfully raise two children on. Quite frankly $5,000 a month would be enough. The rest of the money is not going to change the children's welfare in anyway.
Clearly there is far too much incentive for custody battles when there is this much money at stake. In addition, how about a cap on lawyers fees too. The
incentive to do what is right for the children gets totally lost with a greedy ex and his lawyer.

Clearly that is what is happening here and this is a travesty. Honestly, in your gut do you really think Britney is harmful to her children. I don't see it. I see a loving mother in an extraordinary situation doing a great job under horrendous legal and media

I have sons. I look at that pic above and I see a little guy who doesn't know who is carrying him and who wants to get out of her hands. I don't think he even knows he is leaving his mother. A child would clutch onto a person if they didn't want to leave that person, not try to get away.

If I was going to be apart from my kids I would want to hold them til the very last second. They are great young adults now and I get so many compliments on them and it's because I took the time and made sacrifices to put them first. The reason why Britney is not putting the kid in the carseat is because X17 wants you to believe that the photos were taken when the boys were given back to K-Fed. I think it is just the opposite, these photos were taken when the boys were dropped off at Britney's. If you look closely at the fourth photo it appears as though the bodyguard is getting back into his truck, thus the kid got upset because he was being left by someone he wanted to be with and not be with his mother. This isn't just a minor detail for Britney as X17 seems to think!! This is a mother who doesn't want her kids back very bad at all. IF she did want the boy's back as bad as she says, she would have been following the few rules that the court set for her to follow. Britney would not be out running around exposing herself getting out of a car, making Starbucks runs, getting tans and manicures she would be at home doing what ever it took (answering a phone..Sheesh!!) to get her kids back. Britney is Selfish, Self Centered and a Spoiled Rotten Little Girl pretending to be a mother.

I don't understand. Why doesn't Kevin pick up and drop off the children himself? Why does he have his bodyguard do it? What does he need a bodyguard for anyway? (another story) Funny, isn't it? Britney is such a 'bad' mother, but she is the one who picks the children up and drops them off. She is the one clothing them and loving them. We don't ever see pictures of Kevin out with the children. I guess he is 'too important' to push a stroller around his neighborhood or to take his children to the park himself.

Britney does want her children back. She could be a good mother is the public would get off her case. I still feel that Kevin is only in it for the money, cause he doesn't have any other ways of making a living. He can't act, sing, or even rap. He is living above his means and now he needs more money.
