X17 or whatever they are:

1. Doesn't accually EMPLOY any paparazzi.

2. Instead they give cameras to scumbags and pay them a lot less than they would have to pay legit paps. All these idiots are then simply treated as freelancers selling their wares to the x17 or whatever it's called.

3. Then X17 doesn't have any responsibilities for their taxes or criminal actions otherwise.

4. Gives cameras to former/ retired - gang bangers NOT to help them get out of the hood - but instead because gangbangers have a code -- US vs THEM and the X peeps LOVE that.

5. Give cameras to illegal aliens from Brazil and France and Mexico and wherever - so that should any of them commit a crime - instead of worrying about defending them or getting them out of jail - they're deported, so that they don't have to pay them their legitimate future royalties from sales of the pix they shoot.

6. And since X17 doesn't actually pay it's paps a percentage of actual sales of the pix they give to the owner of X17 - he's stealing most of their money because none of them know the actual selling prices of their pix.

7. And since so many are illegals and/or peeps who've never even shot a camera before joing X-17, they don't know the copyright laws of the USA - which state that the person who pushed the camera button OWNS the copyright to the pix - which means:
a. The photographer who pushed the button on the camera is the OWNER of the image forever UNLESS he/she actually signs a written contract giving away the rights to their pictures. (Which could probably mean that X17 can't actually sue ANYONE for so called stealing X-17's pix as the pix don't even BELONG to X-17 in the first place!)
b. That the paps giving their pix to X-17 should be asking themselves - what if this pictures sells and sells all over the world for years to come - how am I gonna get paid for that?!

8. So yeah - X-17 are just like the peeps they have doing their bidding - a bunch of criminals! Criminals stealing from criminals.

9. Finally - it is X-17's M.O. to send waves of paps after every major celeb - using short wide angle lenses with flash - getting in their face everywhere they go = they do this on purpose because it does two things:
9a. It causes reactions from the celebs.
9b. It prevents legit paps from getting a good picture.

It's too bad really - as SOME of the paps who give their pix to X-17 could be making 2-4 times as much money working for a legit agency.
