What is important to you? Start some life goal planning either on your own if you can or find someone who can walk you through the process. Planning your goals is fun. Go for it!

8. Take Baby Steps. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Change takes work and time. Go super slow. Be kind to yourself. Whenever you feel frustration emerging, remember the mantra “Go Slow.” Think about what is really important. Don’t worry about small things. Just take care of yourself. This will help break your knee-jerk reaction of diving into things that aren’t good for you whenever you are feeling low.

9. Exercise Daily. Get outside and either walk or jog everyday. Alternate listening to music and listening to your own thoughts. Use that time to enjoy nature and let go of your problems. It’s also a good time to plan solutions for your goals. Exercise makes people happier. It helps relieve anxiety. It makes you feel strong, which you are! Exercise is a great way to tap into your inner strength that is always available whenever you choose to plug into it!

10. Get Involved in Something Outside Yourself. When I was having anxiety in college, my campus job making sandwiches made me feel so good. I was too busy to worry about anything. It got my blood flowing and it stopped my brain from re-treading those worry paths over and over again. So find something to do that will keep you very busy for a period of time everyday or every other day. You could try volunteer work, a new hobby, a book club or some other social group. Just pick one and do it. And remember #5, ask for help if you need a jump getting started.

Well i think every one has skills some where they just have to figure out what they are. Another job Brit could do would be to work at Carls jr because she likes there food and can get a good discount plus some of carls jrs are open 24 hours so that would fit into her schedule. she could even wear a head set like she used to wear when she would be on stage. Even from many of us so-called "haters" we could have offered up some degree of sympathy had she showed she loves her children, as she and her sycophants claim, by having the gumption to face those who have the power, like Commissioner Gordon, to go to court hearings as directed by not only her attorneys but also plain human reasoning.

But no, as we're learning, she'd rather keep her warped, sick, selfish autonomy intact than give up anything for her children.

In short, her saying she would "die" for her children was just an out and out lie. She'd rather give up her kids than die for them.

Possibly she has bi-polar disorder, but so, too, do millions and millions of others and they function alright even without medical intervention.

She may have such a thing, but her primary problem is all the money she has at her disposal which allows her to waste every day she's alive doing worthless, aimless nothings so she can be photographed rather than even attempt a semblence of conforming to society for her children.

To Britney Spears, the only one important is Britney Spears, heads above even the innocent human beings she bore from her worthless loins.

Many of those in the entertainment industry have had hard and humble beginnings. Some much worse than Britney's. Most have used their good fortune to repair the damage and succeed, particularly when their children were invloved.

Look, if fucking skuzzbag Courtney Love can still retain her child, Francis Bean, after all the crap she's done, then that's saying something as to just how bad things must REALLY be in the case of Britney Spears. We're just not hearing from the court how bad it really is.

I'm betting if we could read all the information held from the public from all these hearings the horrible picture we have of "Britters" now would quadruple and more so.
