What possible reason does the court system have to grant another hearing on February 19th? The judge is wasting the court's time and the taxpayer's money. Britney doesn't have a RIGHT to a hearing after she blew off the one she had yesterday. Why didn't the judge put performance parameters around granting another hearing? Why does she get to have another hearing without any demonstrated progress towards changing the behaviors that caused the suspension of visitation/custody in the first place.

The judge should have said that he would consider granting another custody hearing under the following conditions.

A. Britney passes random drug tests--and not just a 5 panel urine analysis--do a blood test and check for prescription drugs, alcohol, etc etc.
B. Britney sees a court appointed psychiatrist who either certifies her fit and sane, or who recommends a course of treatment that she complies with.
C. A court appointed parenting coach signs off on her parenting skills or conducts training for Britney, again that Britney complies with.
D. Britney appears before the court and provides sworn testimony.
E. Britney complies with federal and state laws for having her car insured and licensed, having her own drivers license, having a certified nanny with a background in early childhood education
F. Britney completes one year of supervised visitation---AFTER being certified fit and sane by the court psychiatrist and the parenting coach----- in a satisfactory manner, without drama and incident, and out of the eye of the media.

THEN SHE GETS TO SCHEDULE A CUSTODY HEARING, AND ONLY AFTER SHE HAS COMPLIED WITH ALL OF THE ABOVE.

Your ideas are great, but the ONLY thing the judge will be able to do is force her to be committed against her will. She's already proven that she thumbs her nose at the "rules and provisions" they put upon her, so short of involuntary commitment to a mental health facility, nothing can help her now.

How is that for the past few days Brit and or Adnan have been in the drugstore filling perscriptions for Brit when we see Britney everyday we know what she does and where she is and who visits her at all time's but never once have ANY of us seen her or heard about her at the doctors.. I don't think its from the hospital, that was a few weeks ago and she probably got them direct from there, but to fill perscriptions 2 weeks after your mental breakdown seems really fishy.
