Britney's Valentine's Date

Looks like Britney Spears is going courting this afternoon - literally!
The pop princess has another hearing scheduled for this afternoon - it's been penciled in for around 1:30 at the usual venue.
On the agenda this afternoon? Britney's looking to restrict the terms of her father Jamie's powers as conservator.
She specifically wants to address her capability to do things like drive a car and use a cell phone (two things she's been forbidden from doing since being released).
Of course, the court might also expand the role Jamie's been appointed to play in Britney's life if they think his conservatorship deserves to be extended!
What do you think will happen? More importantly, what do you think should happen?
We just hope the legal maneuvering doesn't get too nasty - Valentine's Day is such a horrible day to fight!
