Brit's reps, Ann Kiley and Tara Scott, are currently with the judge. We hearing he hasn't changed his order (and that he has yet to receive the results of her negative drug tests), but that they are talking behind closed doors...

Nothing may come of this motion, but Brit is due back in court at the end of the month...

At 8:23 this morning, I wrote on this site under the BRITNEY LIVING LARGE posting that Britney was passed out and why. I also posted Britney's comments about todays hearing and her feelings at 8:23.....go read it and realize it MUST SUCK to be x17 with innacurate info AND have average Joe's scooping you on your own site.....roflmao

She's not in court because of sleeping pills ... doesn't matter why. Judge is going to say "What happens if you sleep while your kids are awake and hungry?" The judge is really pissed off. It says in the News Papers that the court feels she doesn't have respect for the system. They still haven't gotten over her going out partying only a week after the whole hearing regarding loosing the kids.
