Details Of The Lawyers' Meeting Revealed!

Details about this morning's closed-door meeting between Britney's and Kevin's lawyers are starting to trickle out of the courthouse - and the news doesn't sound too good for Brit! According to a report in Us Magazine, the thrust of her lawyer's argument was that the lack of overnights was "psychologically traumatizing" to Sean Preston and Jayden James - the kids need structure and order, and it's simply disruptive to be waking them up from their naps and carting them back and forth. Britney had even suggested a candidate for the "overnight monitor" role - her mother Lynne, with whom she'd recently reconciled! But Brit's lawyers' pleas apparently fell on deaf ears - Judge Gordon countered that the issues which had brought both parties to the court could have "devastating effects" for the children as well before ordering the lawyers to talk things out in the cafeteria!
That's where things stand currently - The lawyers are still in court, but we'll bring you more as soon as we hear it!

When the circumstances involve custody of your children, you should buy the best of the best attorneys and rely on your physical power (get up and go) to be present regardless of other issues (media crush).
