So most of us get tired of the people that try to defend her. She is not bi-polar since there has never been any proof that she is. No documentation has ever come out to prove it. And believe me, with the way Lynne, Jamie and her management are, they would have used that in a second. She is just a major f*ckup that is trying to get sympathy now without taking responsibility for her actions as usual. Then she wants to be famous and go back to being loved again before her tour. She then puts her career in front of her kids again. So most people don't like her since it is easy to see she is a fake and very selfish.

1:01 PM I'm not part of this argument but I want to add my thoughts. Britney has done a great disservice to everyone who suffers with mental illness. I have worked alongside several people who did the daily, hard work required to build full and meaningful lives. If you have a mental health problem and you are addressing the problem - it doesn’t make you weak. Best of luck to you!

I have to agree with you. It has never been proven that Britney has any kind of mental problem. I also think that her parents and manager (Larry) would have used that in a second to get sympathy and to do major damage control when she went nuts. Personally I think she is just a heavy drug addict and alcoholic (like the judge said), and she could not handle fame and drugs etc. She lost it and fried her brain. And now her "team" wants that rumor about bi-polar to run around the net so they can let her fans think that is what it is.

I also agree with the poster above. It is a huge and gross thing for her team to try and let the public think that is what is wrong with her when it is not. It is massive and huge disservices to those people that realy have something horrible like bi-polar syndrome. But that is typical of Britney and her teams very "selfish ways". Other new sites and X17 have also said lately, she does not even seem to be seeing anyone or getting any treatments at all. We never see anything on the new or in the media. With the way they follow her and watch her, I think there would be evidence of this. That also makes me wonder if she really has anything mentally going on with her at all, such as bipolar. The court documents contain the name of the court ordered "medical expert" (the court’s words not mine). He is a well known psychiatrist. The court requested he submit a comprehensive psychological report. Afterward, the court granted a permanent conservatorship.

The court ordered the conservatorship to continue to retain his services. Background information about his area of medical expertise and his history testifying in court case is available online.

Adnan Ghalib was served with court papers early Saturday morning at his Burbank house with orders to stay away from former fling Britney Spears. The paparazzo was half undressed when he was slapped with the papers...and he wasn’t alone.

“He was naked from the waist up,” a source tells E! News exclusively. “And he was back living with his estranged wife in Burbank.” Ghalib and Azlynn Berry filed for divorce last year after four years of marriage after Ghalib's tryst with the pop tart became public. They appeared to be reunited according to a source.

The Circus star's attorney filed for restraining orders against Ghalib, Sam Lutfi and attorney Jon Eardly on Friday claiming they were attempting to undermine her conservatorship.

A hearing is set on the restraining orders for Feb. 23.

Ghalib did not respond to an E! News request for comment.

Being housebound and under another's control SUCKS
I am housebound on an oxygen machine and the only way I can get out is if my husband can get off of work and haul me and my equipment out for a ride. I have not been in a store or to the beach in over 6 years, illness is illness hers mental? mine physical but I'd do anything at this point to get out of the house, almost anything and I have a wonderful family and had a wonderful life until I got sick
